Support multiple outputs for multiple intents.

Right now if I send multiple intents Watson returns only one intent related response. It ignores second intent.
Example:

Customer: I want to buy product1. I want to register product2.

Bot: You can buy product1 from this link.

As you can see it's ignoring second intent #register. Watson response contains only one output.

We have recently released disambiguation as a feature for plus plan and above. It will still not respond to multiple intents, this could very easily lead to an extremely confusing experience for the end user, but it will at least let the user choose which thing they meant, walk them through that process, then the user can ask their second question afterwards, so its a much cleaner experience.
