When we access Skill directly from a bookmark, etc., the chat icon appears at the bottom right of the page.

For example, if the chat icon appears on the intents page, the page transition arrow is very difficult to click.

We have confirmed that will see no chat icon if we access to the Skill from the Skills page.
It can't help that the chat icon is displayed, but for example that we can move icons freely, we request UI improvement.
Note that: when I inquired via Softbank support, they said that IBM's opinion is not a bug, so it is difficult to improve.
