iAdvize is a customer messaging platform which helps to engage the conversation through digital channels. They have unique capabilities like ibbu an on-demand pool of experts. I could be great to have an out-of-the-box connector through Watson Assistant UI to help our current and future customer to drive synergies between live and virtual discussion.
A connector has already been developed in open-source, but more can be done to streamline the user experience.
